02. Participants

This program is especially suitable for students from Universities, Colleges and Secondary Schools in the following fields:

  • Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary, Horticulture, Plant Science, Hospitality and related industries.
  • Students from other majors or graduates can also participate after completing additional training courses from CAP-EDU to ensure eligibility according to program requirements.

03. Program Requirements

  • Students studying or have graduated from majors related to Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Cultivation and Restaurant - Hotel.
  • English proficiency: Students need to be able to communicate well in English, achieving A2, B1 (KET/PET) certificate or IELTS from 3.0 or higher. CAP-EDU will provide additional training programs if students do not meet the language requirements.
  • Good health, not suffering from infectious diseases (such as hepatitis B, HIV).
  • Priority is given to candidates with B2 driving license or experience using vehicles and machinery such as Tractor, Folklift, cars.
  • High sense of responsibility, ready to excellently complete assigned tasks in a professional environment.

04. Internship benefits

  • Attractive salary: Students participating in the program will receive a salary of 1,500 - 2,100 EUR/month, and have the opportunity to work overtime to increase their income.
  • Insurance: Students will be covered by labor insurance during their internship in Denmark.
  • Working hours: 37 hours/week, with overtime opportunities to increase income, suitable for a professional international environment.
  • Paid vacation: Students will enjoy 5 weeks of paid vacation each year, helping to maintain a balance between work and personal life, while also providing opportunities to explore culture and travel in Europe.
  • Internship Completion Certificate: Upon completion of the program, students will receive an official certificate from the Danish partner, enhancing their resume and expanding their global career opportunities.
  • Travel opportunities within the Schengen area: With a Danish visa, students can travel freely within the Schengen countries without needing to apply for additional visas, experiencing culture and life in many European countries.

Program registration and participation process

  • 1. Submit application: Students prepare English CV, photo and passport scan (all pages) and submit via Vera Academy registration system.
  • 2. Online Interview: After submitting the application, students will participate in an online interview via Skype/WhatsApp with a representative of the partner in Denmark. After passing the interview, students will deposit 6 million VND to continue the process.
  • 3. Complete the application: Add necessary documents such as transcripts, English certificates (IELTS/A2), driver's license (if any).
  • 4. Signing the contract and applying for a visa: Students will sign a contract with the internship site, then Vera Academy will support them in applying for a visa. The visa processing time usually takes 90 days.
  • 5. Departure: Once the visa is issued, the student will book a flight and depart for Denmark to begin the internship program.

Cost of participation in the program

The participation fee will be specifically announced after students pass the interview round and sign the contract. For students who are not in their major or need additional support with their application, Vera Academy will provide detailed advice and guidance to ensure a smooth participation process.
